Registration is now open for the CME accredited conference, “5th Annual Full Spectrum of Heart Failure Therapy: Optimizing Outcomes”.  This program will be held October 19-20, 2018, at the Motif Seattle (Hotel) in downtown Seattle, Washington.

The University of Washington Divisions of Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery welcome you to a comprehensive review in the management of heart failure. Faculty from both cardiology and cardiac surgery will cover topics pertinent to the practicing cardiologist, primary care physician and advanced care provider for patients with heart failure of varying severity and etiology. There will be didactics, case discussions and debates.

The primary audience will be cardiologists, primary care providers, advanced care practitioners, intensivists, hospitalists, fellows and residents, palliative care, nurses, pharmacists, cardiac rehabilitation, other allied health professionals.

Upon completion of this activity, attendees should be able to:

  • Understand the epidemiology of heart failure of varying types and severity
  • Have a working knowledge of medical and surgical management of heart failure
  • Discuss the results of recent clinical trials
