Overview

The Northwest Heart Failure Collaborative (NWHFC): Project ECHO is a bimonthly case conference series that aims to improve the care of patients with heart failure by increasing access to continuing education and interdisciplinary case consultations. This unique training program builds on an existing education-practice partnership between UW Medicine and the UW School of Nursing. The project is supported in part by funds from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)’s Advanced Nursing Education Grants D09HP28670-01-00.

There are no upcoming webinars planned at this time.
