About

Dr. Chung is UW clinical assistant professor in the division of cardiology. He is a general cardiologist who diagnoses and treats coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias and hypertension. Dr. Chung received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and his M.D. from Wayne State University. He did an internship and residency at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center and cardiovascular fellowship at University of Washington Medical Center. He also completed a Sarnoff Fellowship in Cardiovascular Research at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.
