Background

I was born in China and immigrated with my family to the United States when I was young. We ultimately settled in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, and after high school, I attended Northwestern University for undergrad and subsequently stayed on for medical school and internal medicine residency. I look forward to moving to the Pacific Northwest with my husband, Kevin, who will also be starting cardiology fellowship in 2025! Outside of work, I like to run and am looking forward to exploring the local trails and nearby national parks. I am also an avid reader (am always open to book recommendations) and baker (ask me about my tiramisu macarons!).
