GRAND ROUND OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this program, attendees should be able to:
Recognize the importance of ethical reasoning in cardiovascular medicine
Understand the complexity of end of life care involving cardiac interventions
Explain important elements of the UW policy on withholding and withdrawing life sustaining interventions.
