Improving Quality of Care and Outcomes in Heart Failure

GRAND ROUND OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this program, attendees should be able to:

• Describe role of quality improvement systems to improve quality and outcomes for heart failure
• Review role of quality improvement systems to improve quality and outcomes for heart failure
• Review strategies for initiation, sequencing titration, optimal dosing, and adherence to guideline-directed medical therapy
