Ellen is originally from Michigan and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, followed by her medical degree at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine, and an MPH at Case Western Reserve University. She went to the University of Colorado for internal medicine residency and is excited to continue the journey west for fellowship training. She hopes to pursue a career as a physician-scientist, with a strong interest in addressing cardiovascular health inequities, both locally and globally. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and camping with her fiancé and their two dogs.
